The Seven Rooms of Memoir is a contemplative approach to memoir-writing inspired by the writing in St. Teresa of Avila's Castle of the Soul. Using the "rooms of contemplation", I have created a unique and reflective approach to memoir writing that encourages you to find meaning and purpose in your experiences. You don't need to be religious or even a "writer".
